Challenge

This is a complete redesign of the transfer and sends process using the back app engine of Zelle. All the modern banks will be using the same styles and process so all are uniformed across all corporate brands. This was a monumental task of redesigning up to 600 app screens with or a year of work to update this entire section of the app.

Solution

Since the Transfer | Send section has launched, 80,000 users have used it in the first week, and its still growing today. We have had amazing feedback so far.

Result

This is an ongoing section that we are still continuing to improve, and should be going on for the next year. This is going to be the most used section of the app.
